Nine wildlife enthusiasts compete for the ultimate prize: a job at the BBC's prestigious Natural History Unit

Huge, ambitious primetime reality series for BBC One. It was like the Apprentice but with nice people who love animals being set wildlife filming tasks. I was one of the senior PDs across all episodes working with a very large cast and crew.

My role required me filming contributors and wildlife all over Africa (inc big cats, hippos, and elephants), in remote & dangerous wilderness locations. I was the lead on the water-based Zanzibar episode, filming on boats with topside and underwater crews.

I successfully filmed coral reefs, dolphins and whale sharks in difficult weather and conditions.  I then was responsible for taking the Zanzibar episode to edit and completion.
